þWhen breathing, on the Inhale, Breathe all the way down to your Balls (You’ll see what I mean.), and if you are female, imagine filling your self up with this oceanic energy as you breath deep into your abdomen, and see how much you can expand this breath downward feeling the energy move through you.
Breathing in this new way can take getting used to, but once someone gets used to it, they usually are smiling because they can already feel the energy from this new breath/energy/recharge center.

þFocus on the Pauses In-between the Inhale and The Exhale. These are the silences of thought that you want to expand in order to have a quieter mind. Don’t have any expectations of your self. Simply having an intention to notice the pauses will start to increase their duration.
þDo the breath for five or ten minutes a day each day, and the Positive effects will start to manifest them selves after a week or two. Some can actually feel a complete shift immediately once they start doing this, but stick with it and you will be sure to reap the abundant rewards.
þBasically Just Learn How To Meditate Really Well. Doing So will Incredibly Boost The Effectiveness of Everything You Do.
Find a Way, or Come Up With and Imagine a Way that Is Perfect, Comfortable, and gives you the results you seek. It may take some testing, but this can be fun because each day becomes a sort of creation and recreation process, experimenting with mental states. It is possible to learn things about one’s own self that can range from interesting ideas to Paradigm Shattering Discoveries.
þImagine Learning How To Experience More Pleasure. Reboot Your Brain Requirements
1. Get three legal pads or notebooks. Label Them as “TO DO,” “DESIRES,” “FEARS”.
2. Grab your favorite pen.
3. Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for an hour or so.
4. Do at least once a month
8 Simple Steps to Reboot Your Brain
1. Go on a TO DO Expedition.
Write down everything that you think you need to do. Just sit down and write out every single thing you can think of that you need to do in every aspect of your life. That means work, love, school, friends, and family. All kinds of different things will show up, just keep writing them out. One per line until you cannot think of anymore and you are sitting there with a blank mind for about 10 minutes. That’s when you know to move on.
—– Now take a short break.
2. Go on a DESIRE Adventure.
Basically this is the same exercise as the first one except you write down every desire you have from every aspect of your life until you cannot think of anymore for a while.
—-Now take another short break.
3. Go on a FEAR Discovery.
Same thing… You write one Fear per line until you have written everything That was taking up those precious memory banks in your mind.
4. Review Your Work. READ OUT LOUD all your entries in the order you wrote them starting with your To DO, then DESIRES then FEARS. Make sure you didn’t forget what you wrote.
5. Add New Entries. As you are reading you may have new thoughts pop into your head. Write these down on the appropriate list.
6. Examine Fear Entries. As you go through the fear list try and pick the ones you think you can do this with, and come up with solutions. Eventually you will have crossed off all the fears on the fear list and will have put all the solutions onto the to-do list.
7. Examine Desire Entries. As you go through your desires. Start to figure out actual concrete steps you can start to take to reach your goal and put those solutions and steps on to your to-do list. If you discover new fears add these to your FEAR List.
8. Prioritize Your TO DO List
Decide what is most immediate and take action. Focus on the things that you can do in the present. When you have completed the task put a big strike through it and date it. You will be amazed at how good it feels to do that.

Hypnosis is magical in so many ways. Milton Erickson, one of the great hypnotists of our age, said, “All successful communication is hypnosis.” Reading is hypnosis, watching TV is definitely hypnosis, driving can be right on the edge sometimes. Trance happens to everyone, everyday.
It is funny how some people invest so much into the word hypnosis, myself included, because the word it self does not really mean what we thought it meant, because all successful communication is hypnosis. Now that I say it though, it seems that if we believe it does, than it does. That is what this whole thing is about, Beliefs!
If you are into self-hypnosis, or want to learn about it, than you can learn to utilize your already pre-installed systems to benefit you. You are your best hypnotist because you are in control of that voice that you hear in your mind all the time. It is possible to get it to be a very calming voice that can notice all the right things and it can be amazing when you start to experience the power of hypnosis.
Like when I first started hypnosis, I used to be in trance and some noises in the area would disturb my trance, but then I started to get that voice in my head to have fun with it and then when I heard a plane flying over head I would imagine flying into a trance and it worked really well in terms of eliminating almost all hindrances to relaxation and trance.
If you want to learn hypnosis easily and fast, I have a few suggestions. I am here to tell you that you are your own best hypnotist and can do anything you set your mind to, no matter what. As long as you believe that you can do it and give it a full try, then it can start to feel really good and then when you start to have fun with it, that is the point when it will start working the best and you can start laughing at your problem as it fades in the distance.
Here are a few things I normally use when I do a hypnosis, Just a
Bag of Trick:
-Stairs: This is one I have hear many times, you basically just talk to someone with a relaxed voice, which is the best for a lot of hypnosis, and tell them that you will count down from ten, and with each number they will get more and more relaxed. Then count down from ten, and in between each number just use your imagination and talk about the feelings in the person’s body. As long as you can keep a person relaxing as you do this, by the time you count down, the person will be at the bottom and they will be very relaxed and more open to suggestion. You can say things like with every step, you leave behind all the stress of the day.
-Mist: Imagine a mist around your body and in your whole vision, you can breath it, you can see it, and it shimmers and glows and its like a warm fog of goof feeling, and the more you imagine and describe this wonderful mist the more it develops and the relaxing power becomes stronger and stronger.
-Use rhythm in your voice, and make your voice very relaxed and very tired, just allowing yourself to become In The Zone. In This In-between state, where you are also in a trance, is one of the best places for you to hypnotize someone else. Being in this very relaxed state can rub off onto other people very easily because of subconscious cues and all kinds of things.

Some really great exercises can be found around the place and here is I will tell you guys about really awesome one, that if you do for just five or ten minutes a week or a day will increase your Hypnosis, Speaking, and Verbal, Abilities and Skills. This will Amaze anyone who trys this, by the end of the exercise you just want to keep on talking and describing and it has made me feel so much more in the flow than I used to Be.
